Q:What to do when I get an error that item cannot be delivered in my area?

A:Clearing your cache and browsing history will resolve this issue. If this problem persists, print and email us your order.

Q. I tried to place an order and have it picked-up at your store but when I check-out there is no option for pick-up.

A: All orders are processed and default with shipping fee options.  Proceed with your order and specify that you want it picked-up at the store.  Credit card orders are processed upon receipt of order in-house. We will email you or contact you for the final total when this is determined. We strongly recommend paying on credit card rather than paypal if you wish to pick-up so you won't be billed of this fee.

Q: Can I order custom-fragrance on your Private Label?

A: If you have a preference on the aroma and if you want to explore in the development of specialty-products, do not hesitate to contact us.  We have done a lot of special and custom blend that may not be available on this site.  

Q: Do you offer custom-fragrance and how much does it cost to own the rights to this fragrance/perfume?

A: We have custom-mixed fragrances for some of our customers.  There is a fee of $50.00 with 2 modifications allowance.  Owning the rights to this fragrance fee is $450.00
